Serving as a summer missionary at Camp Mundo Vista is an unbelievably rewarding experience. Staffers live with, minister to, and serve campers by giving of themselves in numerous ways. Former staffers have said, “working at Mundo Vista is a life-changing experience.”
Who are Mundo Staffers? They are high school students, college students, and grad students who are mature, committed Christians, who are striving to be more like Christ every day. They are active in a local church. They are fun, loving, hard working, caring and even a little silly. They love children and have a passion for serving Christ and making Him known. They don’t mind working outside and doing all sorts of crazy jobs.
Positions available:
- Unit Leaders (5) - responsible for 4 cabins and 7 other staffers
- Cabin Leaders(20) - must be at least 18 years of age
- Assistant Cabin Leaders(10) - must have completed junior year in high school
- Support Staff - includes Lifeguard (4), Nature Director, Recreation Director, Crafts Coordinator, Special Events Coordinator, Worship Coordinator, Office Manager, Media Coordinator (take pictures, video, sound, power point, etc.)
These are some of the positions available, but the support staff may be combined with other duties and job descriptions may change.

Salaries and other benefits:
- Staff salaries range from: $155.00 - $225.00 per week. Returning staffers(in the same job) receive an additional $10 per week.
- Staff receive a one time mileage reimbursement.
- Room and board are provided for the staff.
- The staff receive three lovely staff shirts.
- Washer and Dryer are provided.
- Staff are welcome to stay at camp on most weekends.
