WMU NC and SC WMU are teaming up to bring a special event to Acteens, teen girls and youth leaders of the Carolinas. This event will take place in Myrtle Beach, October 17-19, 2008. The theme is "The Real Deal" based on Romans 12:1-2. You may download the registration form here.

Registration Process for Carolina Girls:
1. Download and print the Carolina Girls . . . The Real Deal Registration Form. Fill out the form and send it along with the registration fees to WMU NC, PO Box 18309, Raleigh, NC 27619-8309.
Please note that the Early Bird Registration Fee must be postmarked by September 17, 2008.
2. Hotel Reservations must be made with Ocean Dunes - Sands Resort if you want to stay at the host hotel. The conference will be held at the Ocean Dunes - Sands Resort. Guaranteed hotel reservations with stated prices on the registration form must be made by September 17, 2008.
3. Download and print the Registration Form for Mission Action & Support Projects and mail to Todd Wood at Intracoastal Outreach, PO Box 8777, Myrtle Beach, SC 29578-8777. You have the option of ordering Saturday lunch and a putt-putt pass for your group for $12 per person. The information about the Mytrle Beach Mission Projects can be downloaded and printed here.
4. Make sure that you bring a completed medical form for each of your Carolina Girls participants. Your church probably has a form but if not, feel free to use the medical form on our website.
