…it’s called MISSION FRIENDS!
You and your church can provide your preschoolers, birth through Kindergarten, with a fun, hands-on learning experience. This experience can be used in various ways in and outside your church programming:
- Mission Friends can be part of your regular Wednesday or Sunday night schedule,
- Mission Friends can be part of your Extended Teaching Care during worship or
- Mission Friends can even be used in week-day preschool.
Developmentally appropriate curriculum is available in four age groupings; Younger Mission Friends (Babies-Ones), Middle Mission Friends (Twos & Threes), Older Mission Friends (Fours & Fives) and Kindergarten Mission Friends. A church may also choose to blend any of these groups as dictated by the number of leaders and preschoolers. Additional resources such as games, activities and pictures are also available.
Mission Friends meets the need of developing the whole child as preschoolers learn through play, through helping others projects, through taste, touch and smell and through the care of their leaders.
