The stories of how client's lives have changed speak most clearly about the ministry of CWJC and CMJC. The following story is from a client at the S.W.I.M. site. She participated in a training program called "Today's Office Program" (TOP).

"Today's Office Program was a well-designed program that helped me develop more educational skills to better my employment. I applied myself to this company looking for a career change and I received it. I learned a lot of skills such as creating documents like memos, brochures, flyers and mail merge in Microsoft Word, created charts in Microsoft Excel; and I also learned to increase my typing speed. We had a wonderful Bible study class each morning which started off with prayer. I had the opportunity of learning what our purpose was in life through a book named "The Purpose Driven Life" which we read on a daily basis. Each person has the chance to give their praise reports and prayer requests. God has truly been with us throughout the entire program. Today's Office Program has been challenging, educational and rewarding experience for me. My instructor Ms. Verna Edwards and Minister Tilda Whitaker are two beautiful women God brought in my life for a specific reason. My teacher made sure that I had to dedicate my time and effort in this class in order to learn what was needed to pass. I spent a lot of evenings and nights going to the library and my friends house trying to get my homework done. There was a lot of research involved when assigned a world project class, but it was worth all the hard work. Ms. Edwards and Ms. Tilda sometimes surprised us with gifts, and we also had a special lady prepare our lunch for us each day. These were all blessings from God. I know deep down inside now that I was a good participant for Today's Office Program."
