FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How will this work on the day of the event?
On the day of Missions Extravaganza, you will access the conference via a link sent to you in your email. The morning will start with a general worship session, and then you will be able to view conference breakout sessions. We’ll take a short break for lunch and then you will log back into the conference website for afternoon conferences and the last worship session.
What if I miss part of the live conference?
Don’t worry! If you miss part of the worship sessions or conference sessions, you can go back and replay the parts you missed. You will have access to this for up to 90 days after the conference.
Do I still need to register and pay individually even if I plan to plan to watch with my church group?
Yes, each person needs to register and pay individually. Your registration fee will give you access to the entire conference for up to 90 days and it also allows you to receive your conference program packet. You are welcome to watch the conference with your small group, but we ask that each person register individually.
Will there be technical support on the day of the event if I have trouble accessing the conference?
Yes, tech support will be provided through our WMU NC office.
What will I need to register for the conference?
To access the conference on the day of the event, you will need a device (computer, iPad, smart phone, etc.) that has internet access. You will receive your digital program packet with instructions for logging on to the conference prior to the day of the event.
Who do I contact if I have questions?
You can contact our WMU NC office with any questions you may have about the conference. Please call us at (919) 882-2344 or (866) 210-8602.
